What You’ll Be Doing
As a CNC Machinist & Programmer at Manders, you will program machines and produce and process various materials. This ensures that your colleagues in assembly can always rely on high-quality parts delivered on schedule. In addition to supporting our in-house production, you will also handle assignments for external clients.
Your daily tasks will primarily include:
- Manufacturing products based on drawings and production schedules
- Creating CNC programs using Hypermill CAM software
- Setting up and operating various milling and turning machines
- Determining machining conditions and independently creating setups
- Machining a variety of materials
- Producing service-related parts
- Ensuring the quality of the finished product

What makes you our ideal CNC Machinist:
- A technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering at Level 4
- Strong communication and social skills
- Ideally, you are available full-time
- Experience with CAD CAM software and in a similar role is, of course, a plus
